“ALL mentalization reflects limitation. The mind is really unable, by its design, to discern truth from falsehood. Whatever you think is already a limitation; it’s what you are that transcends the limitation.” ---Dr. David R. Hawkins

I'm actually not a pig, but I will admit to being too self-centered alot in the past. I am working to correct it though.

It's hard typing one-handed and I'm used to typing about 70 wpm, so this has frustrated me to no end. Which is why I haven't blogged and avoid lengthy emails. I have to look at the keys and then re-read what I've typed. I really don't know how folks with no typing skills get by in this world today.

I got a fiberglass cast put on my wrist. I think my orthopedic doctor got tired of me calling with details and updates of what my wrist looked like when I took the splint off. I can't take this one off...not even able to scratch where it itches.  My coworkers are happy to see that I can't show them the gory details of hardware in my wrist. I'm counting the days to have them removed.

Not much else is going on with me. Today I'm hoping that I avoid any fallout from not attending a mandatory career development class at work. Company takes its classes serious, even when they're worthless.
